1. Vendor Responsibility

• Each vendor on Standard Arcade is responsible for determining their own shipping methods, delivery times, and costs. Vendors are required to clearly state these details in their product listings.
• Vendors are also responsible for ensuring that products are shipped in a timely manner and arrive in good condition.

2. Customer Process

• When purchasing a product, customers should carefully review the vendor’s shipping and delivery information provided on the product page.
• For any questions or issues related to shipping or delivery, customers should contact the vendor directly through the contact information provided on their store page.

3. Tracking and Communication

• Vendors may offer tracking information for shipped products. If tracking is available, it will be provided by the vendor directly to the customer.
• Standard Arcade does not have access to tracking information and cannot provide updates on the status of shipments. All communication regarding shipping should be directed to the vendor.

4. No Liability

• Standard Arcade is not liable for any shipping delays, lost packages, or damaged goods. All risks associated with shipping are assumed by the vendor and the customer.
• Standard Arcade does not intervene in disputes regarding shipping or delivery. We strongly encourage vendors and customers to resolve any issues through direct communication.

5. International Shipping

• If a vendor offers international shipping, customers should be aware of potential customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
• Vendors should clearly communicate any international shipping restrictions or additional costs to customers before completing a purchase.
