1. Introduction

To become a vendor on Standard Arcade, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors are responsible for listing their products accurately and ensuring that all product descriptions, pricing, and terms of sale are clear and truthful.
• Vendors must comply with all applicable Ugandan laws and regulations, including those related to consumer protection, product safety, and fair trade practices.
• Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner and ensuring that all products are delivered in good condition.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Selling counterfeit or illegal products.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresenting your business or products.
• Uploading content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
• Using the platform to conduct any activity that is unlawful or harmful to others.

6. Payments and Fees

• Vendors will receive payments for their sales through the payment methods available on Standard Arcade.
• Standard Arcade may charge a commission or listing fee for the use of its platform. These fees will be communicated clearly to vendors before they list their products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Standard Arcade, including logos, graphics, and text, is the property of Standard Arcade and is protected by Ugandan intellectual property laws. Vendors retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Standard Arcade a license to display and promote their products.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Limitation of Liability

Standard Arcade is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our platform, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data. We provide our services on an "as is" basis and make no warranties or representations regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the platform.

10. Termination

Standard Arcade reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account at our discretion if we believe that a vendor has violated these terms or engaged in activities that could harm the platform or its users.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify vendors of any significant changes, and your continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through amicable negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be referred to arbitration in Uganda, in accordance with Ugandan law.
